WHO NOT TO MARRY

______♥️♥️______

As someone who is in Christ, it is a great disservice to yourself to marry someone who is not in Christ too.

Marrying a woman or a man in Christ is a wise choice; it is to your advantage too.

Because in marriage, there are times when you may not want to do something or not be in the mood to fulfill a marital obligation to your spouse, but because of God, you'll do it.

So, if you marry someone who has no relationship with God nor regard for God (just because of physical attraction), nothing propels them to do what they're supposed to do when they're not in the mood to do it. They'll likely only service your needs when they're in the mood or when they think you deserve it.

But for someone who is in Christ, whether or not you deserve it, they'll give you what is due you because of the reverence they have for God.

So as someone who is already in Christ, choosing to marry someone, not minding whether they're in Christ or not, will be self-damaging.

There have been times when I've had to do some things for my husband (even though I was not in the mood) but just because of God and my desire to always have Him pleased with me, I do them.

Marrying someone who is the "god" of their life, who is not submitted to God nor have regard for God is quite dangerous, especially if you regard God and are serving Him.

I'm always grateful to God that He made me wise enough to choose His perfect will in marriage: someone who is in Christ and whose identity is solidly in Christ.

If you're in Christ, you have the wisdom of Christ, therefore, deploy the wisdom of Christ in you to choose the right man/woman to marry.

Shalom🤎
